Our annual Charge Conference is a time for us to meet with District Leaders and review the accomplishments of our ministries.  The meeting starts with a prayer and lunch and then it is down to business.  Reports from all committees are given, individuals are elected to lay leadership positions, and remarks from District leaders conclude the meeting.

All documents are compiled into a "Report to the Annual Church Conference", which is available in the church office.
