The Nurture Ministry team seeks to provide opportunities to strengthen and develop our Christian faith.  Each group focuses on a different aspect of Christian life and provides an informal and intimate setting for in depth discussion. 

Youth programs in this area are:

Sunday School, Youth Groups, Vacation Bible School and Confirmation Classes.

Adult programs in this area are:

Bible Study.  Sunday morning Bible Study is before the service in the comfortable Church Library and lounge area behind the sanctuary.  Wednesday evening Bible Studies are topical and program duration varies.

New Members.  New members and those considering church membership are offered classes with the pastor as well as a sponsor to help ease the way into our church community.

Save Our Sanity.  Low-key group of parents that meet periodically for breakfast or dinner to discuss the issues facing and/or generated by their teenagers.

United Methodist Women.  Meets monthly for devotions and discussion of material on the national mission studies for the year.  Guest speakers.

Women's Spirituality.  Meets twice a month for lively discussion relevant to our lives, our worship and our world.  No formal program, focus on spirituality as an integral part of everyday existence.

The Nurture Team is working to implement two new programs: elderly visitation and a prayer chain.
