The  primary focus of the Witness Ministry team is to develop a welcoming/hospitable environment for members of our congregation, for those who visit our church, and for our community.

The theme of our hospitality efforts is ‘Open Hearts, Open Minds, and Open Doors’.  Hospitality is a congregational lifestyle at the Madison United Methodist Church with support and leadership from the Witness team.

Our emphasis is on reaching out to people, providing opportunities to make friends and to grow spiritually.  We openly seek to create many areas of possible involvement in our church life.

Our church also offers varied opportunities for involvement in youth groups and music programs for members, visitors and the community.  In addition, we welcome members of the community to use our church for meetings, such as, AA, Weight Watchers.
